POSITION DESCRIPTION:
SPEDAG INTERFREIGHT TANZANIA LTD; A leading clearing, forwarding and freight logistics
company seeks to recruit highly skilled, experienced and motivated persons to fill the following
position;
Suitably qualified applicants should address applications to;
Job Purpose:
The bridging force between the client and company ensuring that both client and company
interests are satisfied
Roles briefly include;
· Represent the clients’ interests to all stakeholders
· Handle all pertaining to documentation on behalf of client
· Maintain client relations and ensure continual improvement in regards to client satisfaction
· Coordinates with various stations for updates and informs the clients on progress of cargo
from time to time
Knowledge and Skills
· A Bachelors Degree in Business studies or related field
· A Diploma/Certificate/ knowledge in Clearing and Forwarding
· Excellent knowledge in computer applications
· A certificate in customer care is an added advantage
· Excellent communication skills both oral and written
· Excellent knowledge of the logistics Industry
Experience
· Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in the Logistics Industry
