Job description :
EFL is seeking an Account Manager - Africa. S/he will be responsible for managing the organization's relationships with clients in East and/or Southern Africa as well as supporting other regions as needed. S/he will be responsible for managing the organization's banking partnerships in the assigned region and will also support the organization's business development initiatives. S/he will also perform additional roles and innovate as needed to support the overall growth of the organization.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Product delivery - train, manage implementation, create, and refine service offering;
Manage implementation and integration of the organization's application suite within partner institutions;
Train client staff on how to administer the organization's application suite;
Innovate and contribute - lead process improvements:
Identify challenges and opportunities at partner institutions to maximize the organization's impact;
Proactively discuss and position the organization's services within and across institutions;
Document and codify the organization's implementation process to help the company scale.
Troubleshoot all areas, from lack of internet connectivity to creating documentation;
Build relationships at all levels with the organization's clients, from branch-level staff to executives.
Skills And Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (master’s degree preferred);
2-5 years work experience;
Demonstrable project management experience;
Experience in target regions;
Fluency in local languages is a plus.
