Our client, a leading ISP in the region that delivers affordable, high-quality and easy to use broadband internet seeks to recruit a talented Head Sales and Distribution for Tanzania. The role is responsible for providing leadership, direction and development of all aspects of the distribution and sales function in the Operating Company.
The ideal candidate should be a Tanzanian with at least 10 years experience in a senior

Job Description
1. Provide leadership, direction and development of all aspects of the distribution and sales function in the Operating Company
2. Implement the Group sales and distribution framework, strategy, processes, policies and
standards in the Opco, adapting them to local priorities and circumstances
3. Ensure the development and impelementation of local distribution and sales plans which are
embedded in the Opco's integrated commercial roadmap (covering propositions, distribution and
sales, marketing communications)
4. Optimise the existing markets through effective distributor management, selection, negotiation and merchandise and distribution
5. Develop and manage sales and distribution organisation in the Opco
6. Ensure the development and management of sales operations, channel development and channel
management
7. Conduct regular continuous improvement reviews with Opco distribution and sales team members
Candidate Specification and Qualifications
Experience: 10 years
Education Level: Degree
Business related degree from a recognised and accredited institution
Software Basic computer skills
Equipment; Knowledge Of sales dynamics and strategies of ISPs and FMCGs
Skills To communication skills and people management skills
Ability To Highly engage team members
