POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Production Supervisor
Our client is a well-established company in the business of printing, manufacturing branding materials and signages in Tanzania. The business is growing rapidly and the position of a production supervisor has been created. The production supervisor will report to the production manager and be directly in charge of the production staff to ensure that all the staff work efficiently to meet strict standards for quality, and on time deliveries. Other responsibilities also include ensuring that all tools, equipment, workspaces are safe, well maintained and in good condition.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Making production schedules and plans
· Ensuring that all deadlines and quality standards are met
· Ensuring that each employee meets their performance targets
· Initiating staff movements and discipline procedures
· Resolving staff issues that may arise on a day to day basis
· Conducting performance reviews and feedback

Required Qualifications and Experience
· Minimum 3 years experience, supervising workers in a busy manufacturing environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft office packages, adobe/corel suites will be an added advantage.
· Must be a Tanzanian citizen
