JOB PURPOSE
To be responsible for “driving sales”, product awareness, and customer satisfaction
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Attend requested training sessions and conference calls
• Communicating effectively with customers and prospects, directing customers to product
information resources, and Identifying and contacting new sales prospects among others.
• Responsible for describing a product’s features, demonstrating its use, or showing various
models and colors of the company
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by handling a variety of customer requests, inquiries
and complaints regarding sales, sales orders, and billing and service.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Other duties as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Successful candidates will have a High School Diploma in sales &marketing.
• General knowledge of computer application
• strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
• High energy, enthusiasm, and motivated character required
• Candidates must be flexible with work schedule.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
• Must be aged between 25-39 yrs old
• Strong organizational skills
• Pay close attention to detail
• Team player
• Fast learner
• Speak English and Kiswahili language
• Flexible, reliable, adaptable, responsible
EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
• Minimum of three year customer service and sales experience
• At least 2 years of progressive retail sales and customer service experience
• Must have experience in importation and exportation.

• Retail, sales, customer service certificates
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
• Office environment
• Normal working conditions, which may involve indoor environment
