BRIEF POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Key Responsibilities for this position include:
•Provide safety, quality and production leadership to all employees
•Safely and proficiently operate all machines with involvement in the daily production process
•Coordinates and conducts training of employees
•Insures all documentation and production records are completed accurately and properly
•Insures all equipment and machines in plant are maintained and in working order
•Ensure all safety guidelines are followed
Brief Job Requirements:
•Proven ability to lead a group of employees and establish outstanding communication rapport
•Must be willing to follow all safety procedures and work in a safe manner
•Must be able to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment as part of a team
•Must be goal oriented and able to consistently meet quality and production requirements
•Good oral and written communication
•Good computer skills
Required Job Qualifications:
•Requires a minimum of 5 to 8 years supervisory experience
•Strong organizational skills
•Strong leadership skills
•Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
•Able to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
