About the Job:
IBTCI is currently seeking candidates for the Management Information Systems (AMIS) Advisor position in support of a forthcoming five-year USAID/Somalia Assessment, Monitoring, Evaluation and Support program. IBTCI is the incumbent on this program.
The position will be Nairobi-based. AMIS Advisor will manage the CH and the assessment of its utility to USAID and IPs. S/he will perform an analysis of USAID/Somalia’s programs and performance management needs—including external reporting requirements—and make recommendations on how the system might be improved.
The Senior AMIS Advisor must have:
• At least 10 years’ of professional experience in designing and maintaining management information and reporting systems, with at least three years’ of international experience.
• A Master’s degree in information management or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated experience successfully communicating with users to create systems that meet individual and organizational needs, and to gain adoption of those systems.
