POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Customer Support Executive(2yrs Experience)
• Advanced MS SQL scripting knowledge, including but not limited to stored procedures, triggers, customisations
• Advanced excel and a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts
• Advanced Pastel Evolution, Pastel Partner experience and knowledge
• Working as part of a revenue generating team, the role will require the incumbent to complete assigned tasks within the required time, cost and quality control consideration.
• As this role is required to be at expert level the responsibility for ensuring that their own product knowledge is sufficient for the requirements of the role is the onus of the incumbent.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks from time to time.
• This role will have be target driven and meeting of agreed targets will form part of the KPIs for the role.
• Ability to meet deadlines within cost and quality considerations
• Good knowledge of Pervasive.
The positions will be required to have
• Graduate with Accounting as a subject (2 years of experience)
• IT knowledge (software configuration, setup and support)
• Good communication skills in English
Will be an added Advantage
• Pastel knowledge and PCI & PECI (Pastel Partner and Pastel Evolution Certified Installer) & BIC qualification.
• Driver’s License.
